THE TRAACER TOOLkIT

A simple and practical Equality Impact Assessment tool, which can be used in the develop or review of business activities to ensure appropriate inclusive practice.

We asked Sabrina for an Equality, Diversity and Inclusion review of our YiS website. She provided some incredibly helpful feedback with specific recommendations for the next steps. I was impressed with how thorough it was and was grateful for the practical advice which went above and beyond what we were expecting. Really pleased with the work, am thankful for the expertise and would highly recommend it to others.

Sabrina always had a solution focused approach to some difficult issues with young adults in a residential setting. Students had the confidence to speak to Sabrina about their concerns in the knowledge she would always support them at every stage of their development from joining their sports academies to becoming athletes in their chosen fields today. Some of these athletes are at elite clubs today and have been guided on the chosen career path by Sabrina and her team .
